As Cocovoir is currently closing down and all products are being sold as part of a final clearance sale, all purchases are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or style selection
- Unwanted items

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cocovoir.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been approved.
